As requested here’s the tl;dr
1-UP the token has effectively stopped trading and the remaining liquidity (Ethereum) is being distributed to holders. A new project with the same game developers and a new business team has formed with added operations and financial backing.
Holders will get the % Eth from the pool based on the % 1-UP they held in the supply. This will be done via a claim contract using your wallet holding 1-UP at the time of the snapshot.
A snapshot for this (and future rewards for OG holders) will happen in the coming days.
1-UP holders will be allocated a supply of the new token at launch AND if there is any type of presale for that launch they will be given whitelisted access. Every effort will be made to maintain equitable value between the 1-UP token and the new token. We also have plans in the works to reward OG 1-UP holders as the new project continues to develop.
